Bilateral Fusion of Tooth in the Mandible

Abstract

|
|
Bilateral union of tooth in the mandible was observed in 7 year old boy. Family history, past and present history and oral conditions were checked, and intraoral standard film and extraoral orthopantomogram were taken. As the results, this union was found to be the fusion of tooth. So, acid etching technique for dental caries on fissure area and removable orthodontic appliances for deep overjet and overbite were applied to the patient.
